Canada joins Horizon Europe programme

On 3 July 2024, Iliana Ivanova, Commissioner for Innovation, Research, Culture, Education and Youth, and Francois-Philippe Champagne, Canadian Minister of Innovation, Science and Industry, have signed the agreement that gives Canadian researchers and organisations the opportunity to participate in the programme on equal terms with their EU counterparts. First SKA-Mid dish takes shape in South Africa

The SKAO has celebrated another construction milestone, with the assembly on Thursday 4 July of the first SKA-Mid telescope dish on site in South Africa’s Northern Cape province. Read more here.
