The 12th newsletter of the Atacama Large Aperture Submillimeter Telescope (AtLAST) project. With the EU-funded design study now completed, we are undergoing a second phase funded by a new EU infrastructure grant (AtLAST2) that aims at consolidating the plans for the new observatory.
