The CatRIS Portal has been upgraded to fully operational version 3.0 with a new user-friendly interface. More than 100 Research Infrastructures have been registered over than 130 services and have improved their discoverability all over Europe.
You can now take advantage of its new interface and its new supportive features to facilitate the onboarding process:
- Online Presentations of tutorialsand guidelines placed at CatRIS landing page under the support button.
- One-to-One webinarsessions that we can arrange (via Skype or other platforms, as it may be convenient for you) to guide you through the onboarding process or address any issues from your side. In case you are interested, please inform us upon your availability by following this
- Dedicated email address for technical issues at tech-support@catris.euor any other matters during the onboarding at support@catris.eu
- API (Application Programming Interface) tools to automate the onboarding process without human intervention.
